i have the same problem but i have belkin we have a wirless modem or router i dont know i get mixed between them then to another wireless and then to my 360s wireless xbox live thing the first computer works but the other two dont work usually this on doesent work either

Yeah my cable box in one of rooms haven't been working. I call and call and they tell me the same thing over and over. It costs $50 for someone to come out to my house and change box.

we didnt get tired of you... but sometimes we cannot fix your technical problems from the call center... and we have a procedure to follow... so it is not that we dont want to help you, or that we get tired of you... the only way we have to fix your tech issues is sending a tech 0ut to your home... and after that we must ask "how would you rate me ona scale from 1 to 9 regarding your customer service experience with me?" so, it is frustrating not only for you... yes, i work for twc.

yeah it really sucks...i had almost two weeks without internet and i had to call every single day and all they said was to turn off and back on the modem but it didnt work..and so i guess they got tired of me calling them every single day that even sent one of those person especialliced in stuff to fix it...

my is 3m/256k up still is the fastest cable internet i have is also may vary in your area i pay UsD 54.99 per month but is worth every penny

If your modem has a coaxial cable connection in the back you should check the coaxial cable to see if it is connected properly. mines had the same problem but i checked the coaxial cable and it worked
