I couldn't agree more with you softballchick, there is "beauty from pain," but I also think that there is a certain amount of beauty in pain. For a number of reasons, because it's real, it tempers the very essence of one's soul. Just as in nature, the most beautiful diamonds emerge out of coal that has undergone the greatest pressures, and hottest temperatures, so too, can we, those who have experienced the things in this life that go the deepest, open us to our truest selves...

well u cant really help being depressed. Its nothing u can control, its something u dont want to feel, of course hurting wont solve anything but really can u control hurting on the inside, of course not. Other ppl think that ppl who are depressed should stop focusing on the bad things in life, if u have so many bad things u have gone thru in life its hard to focus on the good things in life The only thing that is really true is you have to be strong and remember there will be "beauty from pain"
