Cornstarch is a powder. It comes in a box. U add water to it to make it liquid.

I swear to god, once anyone starts to make one or two dishes from Kai here, you'll end up continuously making Chinese food for weeks and weeks. The reason being is that, we go out to the supermarkets and buy these ingredients like soy sauce, hoisin sauce, chicken broth, black bean paste etc etc, and you'll end up with so much left overs cuz you only use like a tablespoon or teaspoon of it. So you either make it again or else it expires and goes off, and you end up wasting it LOL

I make a similar dish but I think yours will taste much better. The only thing different I'll do is use kale instead of collards. I like kale a lot better, and I don't think it will ruin the flavor of your healthful and tasty dish.
