I love the older Gundam series but I also enjoy the new ones, but in different ways, the old ones were actually good! Plot, characters, so on and so forth, I liked Gundam Wing actually, it was pretty good, and Gundam Seed/Destiny was kinda bad, but I did watch it, I like the Freedom though, sooooo cheeeeese! way too Op's But I have to say, I think Gundam 00 may be making a comeback with the good plot and characters and such. Still not as great as the old ones, but it's pretty damn good.

I would have to disagree with Wing being the cause of non-UC trashseries (maybe it's cause I enjoyed it a bit). For a start, G-Gundam came before it, and Seed was terrible to begin with. It's like there was hardly any effort put into it with all the overtones from the orignal Gundam and whatnot. What exactly makes Kira an interesting main character? I'm stumped on that one. As for your views on 00 and 0080, I'd definitely agree with you there.
