I have vitilgo, its a type of skin disorder, its not harmful or anything, but can be distructive to your social life, thankfully I have a small patch on my back about the size of a penny, and one on the left side of my face thats near the back jaw bone that is about the size of a quarter. Some people make fun of me but others respect me... Its really depressing, Sometimes i feel lucky my Girlfriend for 2 years loves me for who i am, I even met her with the disorder =)

can i have a disease cause my skin gets dry and flaky at the winter but at the summer it normal. can it have anything with where you live? cause i live in norway and at the winter it get 20-25 minus.

I suffer from x-related ichthyosis and i can tell you first hand, that it is manageable and it is possible to live a relatively normal life.the only reason people make bad comments is because they do not understand it and people are always afraid of things they do not understand.

Please people untill you have had first hand experience of this disorder then keep your nasty comments to yourself :( My son suffers from ichtyosis not as bad a strain as the girls here but still not a great life for him. I have met some of the girls in this video at an ichtyosis day and you could not wish to meet nicer kids which concidering what they go through on a daily basis is amazing, and to think kids without a care in the world turn out so bad and post complete rubbish on youtube.

I think the saddest thing these girls might have to accept is IF their parents didnt love them because of the way they look.. I salute to them for living on optimistically.
