You are slightly misinformed. You can't say they do or dont believe in God. Buddhism is inwardly focused. It does not require that you do or don't believe in God. Many Buddhist do, in fact, believe in God, Heaven and other aspects of faith that are not directly spelled out in Buddhist writings.

Buddhism isn't a religion really. They don't believe in god for example and they don't have any holy book. Its about finding out about yourself through meditation.
