However, if you want to limit the amount of protein your body uses as fuel, you have to keep out of ketosis, and that means eating enough carbs throughout the day.

No..If I eat one Piece of fried chicken..instead of some tuna,then what am I gaining?Less calories and less fat.THATS THE WAY TO GO.
