I dont know if its just Canadians that use this, but here we say androgynous or for short "andy" which is somewhere in between. My partner doesnt like to be called butch nor fem. She dresses pretty masculin but still has some fem things bout her so she likes to be refered to as "andy" if ANYTHING. Not that any of us like to be labeled! Theres also "Futch" which was madeup by Dani Campbell from a Shot at Love, she actually has a clothing line now for those ladies in the middle! :)

i thought genderqueer had to do with being transgender not gay...so its different??cuz gender is different than sexuality.right??...i dunno.

I feel like I sometimes restrict myself to acting a certain way because of a label I've either recieved or given myself. I think its important to remember what complex beings we all are.

You're awesome and I love watching your videos. You have such a charming onscreen presence. I wouldn't tell you this if I didn't like you so much, but "emasculated" is not the same as (making oneself) masculine, in fact it means to be deprived of virility, strength, or vigor. A synonym of "emasculated" is "effeminate". Emasculate can also mean to remove the testicles of something.
