OMG please, we need to get things back under control. It is so out of hand and unless we, as a people, do something about it, it will only get worse. Right now most crimes fall under "terrorist or racial" crime and can get you up to 25 years. AND if it does fall under the "terrorist" crime ... you can sit in jail forever with out a trial or council. (while pending investigation) There is one man in Florida who has been under "investigation" for 3 years. He threatened to hit his neighbor.

Of course the kid should be arrested. As a liberal, even you should be outraged. The kid emitted a controlled gas into the atmosphere, which, according to leading scientists, increases the C02 levels, which is a leading contributor to "global warming".
