I was a little too old for the Leif-Garrett-on-the-cover-of-Tiger-Beat-Magazine, but I do remember his version. But I much prefer the songwriters' take. Odd that Leif was such a hit in Asia. Odd in the way that Hasselhoff is such a star in Germany. I've never understood that one either ;)
