Well, Push oponnent's king to 2nd or 7th rank. 1.Pursuit to capture the ruk first but the position only comes atacking oponent´s Kg. 2. Be aware of the Ruk, ur Oponnet must use to avoid ur Kg get closer use ur Qn to protect ur Kg. Qn in he same side of the Ruk alwways helps. 3.Ur oponnent keeps closer his Ruk to protect his Kg. 4. Memorize this position, helps a lot to find how to fork the Ruk, when its far away of his Kg, with this manouver, Allways can be fork.

That study wasn't by lolli. It was by philidor, which is why it is one of the philidor positions(the one most commonly know as the philidor position is the rook one).

Then why did I just refresh it and get a different position? And who gave me -1?

No, this was the same starting position every time. it was simply an incorrect starting position.

Some endgames use random position generators. Also, my computer program(zillions of games) triangulates in a different way, it moves the queen to d5 instead(the rest is the same).

I went to your site to use the endgame simulator and the simulation of this position with K+Q vs K+R has an entirely different setup, and not only that checkmate is possible off the first move. However set it up made a mistake.. You might want to check it out. Position is as follows, Black's King is on f8 while the rook sits on f7, White's King is on d6 while the Queen sits on h3. So as you can see with White to move it's an obvious 1 move mate... Great site though.

I doubt that is black's best position is it is eventual checkmate anyway. Black has these options from a queen and king vs rook and king(black being the rook and king"fork the king and queen with a rook guarded by the king(stalemate), continuous check in same positions(stalemate), check king with queen behind it(checkmate or stalemate), or finally try checkmating white with the king and rook where the queen can't even move(checkmate, but very rare). And that queen does look black.
