lol wow who put two thumbs down on me? its a fact yes if u put ure arm down u get more power in the kick but someone who is smart will get u in the face with that mistake like my brother when he was going for his exam in kyokushin he did that and his teacher kicked him in the face for that mistake so honestly i dont see why people put two thumbs down on my comment wtv probably bcz i was right lol
