Or is it due to the pent up anguish in their hearts from practicing denial, refusing to grow, tell the truth and move on. Dentists are taught a whole bunch of hogwash while in dental schools. it doesn't take much more than an inquiring mind and Google for them to see that their education is seriously deficient. But how may practice denial and stick with the hogwash. Personally I think it is the conflict, like the autopilot HAl in the movie 2001, and mercury that causes so many to self destruct.

yt channel drofmindmd has a video about suicide including comments about the higher rate of suicide among dentists. I wonder if the risk is due to dentists' exposure to mercury vapors each time when installing amalgam into customers' teeth. Or due to accumulating sense of guilt in knowingly placing poisonous mercury into their customers' bodies without fully informed consent, which will be in their bodies long-term and likely cause short- and long-term damage.

Deception of the public by mercury packing dentists should, cease. They are not and never were "Silver" fillings. Call them what they are so the public decide.

That is incorrect I'm afraid. Water vapor is less dense than air. If I were to use a sodium lamp, would you suppose I could only see sodium? That would be preposterous.

Mercury vapor is denser than air. It would sink. This obviously is water vapor.

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is the government agency charged by congress with the responsibility of determining the safety of dental materials. They have never classified mixed mercury/silver fillings. In 2006 they were sued by Consumers for Dental Choice and held biased hearings to reviewed the dental division's "White Paper". The panel of physicians voted 9 to 1 to reject claims of safety. 4 of the dental division voted to reject those claims. Final score 13/7 NO

I'm still amaed by what I'm watching, even though I watched this clip for like the 20th time. It was the video that convinced me enough to remove such mercury fillings, last year. I'm curious which government agency are you referring to at 7:28?
