Are you kidding?? You thought that HD DVD would win with the help of the external HD DVD drive on the 360? Having add-ons will never help. People like their things in one continent package. There is no need for hooking something on to the PS3 to play Blu-Rays. I bought the PS3 to mainly play Blu-Rays with the games as a bonus (still, I wouldn't have bought a stand alone player because I really enjoy playing games too).

Maybe they should just release a Blu-Ray TV in which every TV show will be in Blu-Ray. Im still sticking to a normal DVD player and a HD TV but a Blu-Ray Drive is not worth it. A Blu-Ray TV would just be amazing.

Why do some people say that blu-rays look fake? Something about having only one focal point and no real sense of depth. Do regular DVDs that are upgraded by a blu-ray undergo this same phenomenon?
