why use fluoride at all? people just need to learn proper hygiene. when i took my son to the dentist last year(he was 5) they gave me a tube of fluoride and told me to brush my sons teeth with it everynight and to not rinse his mouth... needless to say i haven't been using it and hope im doing the right thing. and is distilled water fluoride free?
