That is a simple one... Using their "muscle" would be considered abuse of power when there is a less agressive way to deal with it. A tazer only causing the muscles to tense up and immobalize the individual until he calms down. But one they release the button he is ok. Now for those that stated that he was tazed while cuffed i agree that once an individual is in custody the use of a tazer is unethical.

Wow, I,m glad that i was important enough for you to dig something up on, but again your wrong, I'm just a well educated individual that is not afraid or intimidated by verbally abusive asses that believe that freedom is a privilage that anyone can abuse. Im sure that any of those who negatively responded to me with all their hate talk are in belief that Area 51 is a secret military base that houses an alien race that we got our information about 911 from, nice! i dont know what this guy did but this is dishonorable! somebody said, the level of the civilization of the nation, you can see how they treet his convicts. But if we go back to night-sticks and bullets, cops will get sued more easily. Tasers are supposed to get around the fear of being sued....for now, at least. That's all likely to change soon. Oh wait. People can get sued for anything.

For anyone that dosent know the guy that tased the kid (who was in handcuffs btw) had prior incidents including choking a student with a nightstick, and shooting a homeless person, i dont know about anyone else but if me and someone else tried to remove a 150 lbs kid IN HANDCUFFS i would have no problem, they obviously did. Force is to be demonstrated by law enforcement only when a threat is dectected, a student cuffed with hands behind his back is no threat.

No one likes cops, id personally like to see every one of them with that mall security guard attitude with their lips wrapped around a sawed off. This vid they giv 2 options he picked the wrong one, but dont act like police brutality dosent exist, and cops are saints.
