I'm dying here that I'm allergic to shellfish. That looks great! Maybe I can try it with trout or chicken...trout might fall apart, though. Beef? Dang. I want shrimp!!

When I usually cook I never really measure anything anyway, I pay more attention to how much it looks like he is putting in and then estimate when i do it myself...always seems to come out just about perfect that way

look at 1:56 he says 2 tablespoons of red vineger but it seems to be 1 tablespoon. I know this didnt cause it to be salty, but something did.

I tried this recipe, word for word, wrote everything down but when Kai says the amounts like 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, when he pours down it seems less, I did it with measuring spoons and all and it came out verry salty... Please use measuring spoons when you show us the recipe, please!
