If Metformin does not work out for you.. Spironolactone may respond a bit better than your PCOS. I took Metformin did not get good results.. way too many side effects. It made me even more flighty.. ha With Spironolactone I have been able to control my weight, cycle and other PCOS symtoms. Good luck to you girlie :)

I too have PCOS, and it sucks. lol. It is great to know there are others who have to deal with the same things though. I love watching your videos, you are so..well just sweet. <3
