yeah you may be right i think as you say you can pick up their influence in other works aswell but this reminds me especially the begining of Syds early stuff .

About Pink Foyd's influence on Cyclone: Madrigal Meridian is great track as such, but it is more typically TD than Pink Floyd. Far better example of Floydian influence is Bent Cold Sidewalk, which sounds almost as if Floyds themselves made it. Anyway, as such, this album is a true border between sound of 70's and the sound of 80's and further.
