When I saw the Title, Tragic but Hilarious, I thought, "Oh, something more about President Bush." Is it true >10% of South Africans have HIV? In the west many consider AIDS a gay disease, but in SA that clearly is not true. Why did the SA health minister tell the people with HIV to eat garlic? He seems no smarter than Bush! Is he a lunatic?
