Physical action is needed, but I agree with AdvocacyCorporation, right now, people just need to know and understand the issue at hand right now. The best we can do on the Web is to let people discover the truth of matter. The next best thing is to get people in your local area (like neighborhood, school, etc.) to know about it, because they are the one's more likely to listen to you and physically help you.

How much more clear do you need to be? That was your question. How about showing where Russia said that they will nuke Poland over the missiles. What I heard from a Putin speech was that Russia will "point their missiles toward Europe," meaning nothing. I would not doubt if Russia goes into Poland to get the missiles, but I don't know if they said that they will nuke Poland.
