you do know you sound really stupid calling people that were flooded dumbasses considering not all people that were flooded lived next to the river some lived at least ten blocks away if not more so if you are going to critize the people that were flooded you should probably get your story straight so you don't sound like a dumb ass considering i got flooded and i live more than ten blocks away from the river.

i live in cedar rapids and you may too but i think its pretty immature and rude to go back to a DISASTER that effected another city and you shouldnt critize the actions (although not the best) that were made to help bring their city back to order

we arent hicks and we arent racist and you are being a little hypocritical if your going to be insulting us and then standing up for the people effected by katrina.. we hope the best for them and would do anything to help them. but at the moment we obviously cant because of our own disaster but before the floods came we did help them the majority of us didnt act soo immature when new orleans was faced with a disatster

I think that you my be talking about highway 13 or something like that. The first ave bridge is the one that has the arches under it.
